A Study on Supporting Strategy for Renewable Energy Industry to Advance into the Global Market 신재생에너지 산업 해외진출 지원방안

Abstract

This study is to derive comprehensive support strategies for the Korean renewable energy industry to advance into overseas market and expand its market share through cooperation with relevant domestic and international organizations, establishing a foundation for another export industrialization. Starting with market analysis of regions (Southeast Asia, Mideast/Central Asia, Africa, Latin America) and benchmarking the practices of major economies (EU, USA, Japan, China), we try to develop an effective overseas expansion strategy for domestic renewable energy industry. By conducting a questionnaire survey to analyze the export capacity of domestic renewable energy industry, we grasp the current status of domestic enterprises, and capture the basic direction of government policy for expanding renewable energy business at the global level. We developed a customized strategy for entering countries through SWOT analysis and finally came up with a region-specific strategy and business model.

본 연구에서는 우리나라 신재생에너지 산업의 해외시장 선점을 위해 마케팅(정보), 금융, 트렉레코드 확대 등 종합적인 지원 전략을 도출하고, 또한 국내 및 국제기구 및 프로그램을 적극 활용한 해외시장 개척을 통해, 국내 신재생에너지 산업 육성 및 시장 확대, 궁극적으로 수출산업화 기반을 구축하고자 한다. 이러한 목적 하에 권역별(동남아, 중동/중앙아시아, 아프리카, 중남미)로 신재생에너지 진출여건을 분석하였고, 또한 주요국(EU, 미국, 일본, 중국)의 신재생에너지 해외진출 사례를 분석하여 우리 해외진출전략 수립에 벤치마킹하고자 하였다. 국내 신재생에너지 산업의 수출역량을 분석하기 위해 설문조사를 실시함으로써 우리 기업의 현 주소를 파악하고, 더 나아가 신재생에너지 해외진출을 위한 정부정책의 기본방향을 모색하였다. SWOT 분석을 통해 진출대상국 맞춤형 전략을 개발하였고, 국제기구와의 협력을 통한 신재생에너지 해외진출방안과 함께 마지막으로 지역별 맞춤형 수출전략 및 비즈니즈 모델을 개발하고, 대정부 정책건의를 제시하였다.
